THE BUZZ: AMD Catalyst Creator Andrew D. posted a quick note today on Twitter that should make AMD-owning Battlefield fans happy. He noted that his company will be releasing a “special driver” for Battlefield 3 next week, which will come along with the official release of Catalyst 11.9.

On the other side of things, Nvidia has already announced that they too will be putting together special drivers specifically for Battlefield 3.

I went ahead and grabbed the drivers for my card even though I don't have early access to the beta since I ordered mine through NewEgg.
