Whether you used the MAV to get there or spawned on someone who was there makes no difference. You were on top of a building that cannot be reached using only elements of the map.
If I could have identified who else was on the roof with you, they would have received the same ban as you.
I know you were up there because you killed me whilst I was outside the Metro station and I hit you with a M320 whilst you were on the roof. You did not appear in the list as being killed inbetween the first event and the second meaning that you shot me from the roof top abnd stayed there to see if you could get more kills.
As it happens, someone else pointed out you were up there.
To re-iterate the reason I banned you in this instance, you were out of bounds and the fact that you spawned on a player makes no difference in this case. You made no discernable effort to get back into general play.
If you accept the reason why you were banned in this instance, I will ask if your ban can be revoked.
Ultimately we are trying to run a fair gaming platform for all levels of players and having players try to get an unfair advantage by being in an area that cannot be reached naturally goes against that ethos.
