Banned on Carnage 1 - Jan 21 2012, 21:09

No intention to be rude but atleast one of your admins has an itchy ban-finger. I just got permbanned from Carnage 1 probably because of my stats. (20-something-2 followed by 31-7)

I could see why you would get suspicious about that but then again it is not an impossible score for an honest player. Especially not when in an LAV as the first score is nor on Metro with a decent aim and good revival skills in your team mates.

No server rules were broken. Atleast non that are publicly displayed or warned about nor any general conventions in online gaming. Niether was any cheating going on on my part. The only thing that happend was that I, for some reason, had a really good roll going.

update on this. I am still trying to figure out what happend.

Can you tell if you had a lot of kills in a short time? Or did you type somthing in the chat?

Sure I had alot of kills and in a fairly short amount of time. K/D 31/7 to be exact in just over 11 minutes. ~3kills/min isn't, however, a massive amount.

I can't recall even typing in the chat. Said something a few maps earlier when this guy was going on about this and that basicly whining his heart out on all and everything that didn't go as he wanted it. But it wasn't offensive in any way.

Edit: I should add that I have a high hs-ratio (~30% in total) as well. If that is reason for a ban when accuracy etc are nowhere near un-normal I'm sad to hear it.

We have plugins that will ban you if you kill 30 people in 20 seconds, use racial slurs or your KDR is over 2.5/accuracy 25%+ in Battlelog.

Would have been fine in that case but non of those apply to me in any fashion. Killed 31 in 11 minutes. K/D a whooping 1.334 (bit ashamed of that one!) and my accuracy is at 14%. I never use any offensive language what so ever. At worst I turn other peoples words against them selves without even restating what they said.

Not all admins that have the ability to ban using PB have answered us so if they all say they didn't do it, then it's the plugin.  I checked the chat and I did not see any bad language by you and the ban reason does not explain either.

The plugin might of misread or something and banned you by mistake.  We have to run these plugins cos hackers are ruining the servers so if it turns out to be the plugin misfired then it's something the developer will need to be notified about.

If it was an admin, then we're still to hear which one it is and the reason why they would of banned you.  I will lift the ban for now since your stats do not suggest you are a hacker.  If an admin has a reason for the ban and we think it's justified then we will update this post to ask.
