As you can appreciate, for action against a player to be taken, a server admin really needs to be present to enforce the rule of the server. Whilst there is usually someone around who can admin the server at most times of the day, there will be times when that is not always the case.
Meanwhile, if you do see them doing this again, it is always worth asking any BFN member to look into the situation by joining the server to witness the breaking of the rule and that member can then ensure that an admin acts accordingly at the earliest opportunity.
Not every BFN member has access to the admin panel so if you see people in channel on TS, they may not have the ability to do anything.
That said we will keep our eyes open for these two players and if we see them spawnraping with jets or helicopters we will take action.
